If this is your first time to login with the new NAEO Web site, your user name will be your e-mail address and your initial password will be NAEO (all caps). You will be prompted to choose a new password once you enter the site for the first time.

If you do not know your login or password and cannot access the Members-Only area, click on the "Forgot your Password" link below and your username and password will be emailed to you.

Note: if NAEO did not have your email address on file, your username will be set as your First and Last name with no space. (Example: JohnSmith) Also, only the NAEO website log in has changed.  The listserv and operator training site have not changed.

To view/edit your individual profile select the link that says “view/edit profile” and to view/edit your organization profile (if you are the main contact), select the link that says, “view organization” and then “view/edit profile” from there.
