IS Workshop Photos

From August 8-10, 2016, NAEO's Professional Development Committee will be offering an exclusive three day hands-on training seminar on Intelligent Series Programming. The Embassy Suites Hotel is hosting this amazing event for commercial and medical answering services, hospital switchboards, and contact centers.

Speakers include industry experts Marie McGuire, AnswerTel, Michael Goumas, AnswerFirst, and Amtelco trainers Michael Quimby and Jordan Beale. Whether you are new to Intelligent Series or looking to cross-train coworkers and build a programming department, you’ll learn first-hand invaluable knowledge to efficiently and consistently program or convert your clients into Intelligent Series.

Intelligent Series has been proven to reduce operator training time, improve customer service levels, and reduce potential operator error. Attendees will be learning the expert tips and tricks to developing master templates to program accounts with ease and efficiency. Similar NAEO training opportunities have completely sold out quickly over the last few years, so don't delay in registering you or your team!

The 3-Day Workshop is Broken Down into Two One and a Half Day Sessions.

  • Day one begins our first session and will cover the basics of scripting for new programmers, including programming info pages, utilizing shared fields to program account information in mere minutes, and learn how to flow chart to begin programming scripts from "scratch.”
  • Day two continues our first session and will include development of your own script, incorporating actions, if, list, and case branches, advanced expression builder, web form integration, and concludes at lunch. The second session begins after lunch where we’ll begin learning Contact Based Directories and IS On-Call Scheduler. *Excellent session for hospital switchboards utilizing IS for on-call scheduling and directories for provider databases.
  • Day three continues the second session expanding on days one and two with scripted dispatching and the incorporation of contact based architecture, action tables, contact methods, and advanced script and directory integration into a seamless dispatch escalation tool based on questions asked in the script, the client protocols, status, and on-call schedule.

This seminar is an extraordinary value for the level of professional training being offered, which will include a hands-on, professionally printed training guide for programming Intelligent Series, which is ONLY available at this workshop.

Don't miss out on this amazing opportunity for first-class training for your team. Space is limited!

** For full participation, attendees should bring a laptop with WiFi connectivity (WiFi Provided) and the ability to connect into your own respective server via VPN or Terminal Services for Intelligent Series Supervisor. If you do not have your own connection, please email professionaldevelopment@naeo.org to make arrangements to utilize a connection to a server for the session.

Hear what others have to say!

"One of the most justifiable expenses that I plan for each year is the IS Summer Series. During these three days, my staff is given the opportunity to learn new programming skills to utilize the equipment we already have. Why have the programs if we don’t know how to use them? Each time we attend, we come away with new ideas and increased knowledge – who can put a true value on that ! From the person just beginning to work with I.S. programming to the advanced programmer, there is something for all to learn."
~Marie McGuire - AnswerTel, Athens, AL

"Clients love it (IS Scripting) because it makes the operators sound more
professional... more efficient, save us money and Time. I know I am taking more back then what I've had to pay."
~JoAnn Fussell - Voice Link of Columbus

"You have all those people in the same room together and it's a big think tank."
~Carolyn Sonnefeld - Marcy Medical Center

"You are getting first hand training from people who went through this...you raise your hand and get your questions answered immediately."
~Vinh Tran - TigerTel
