Founder, Ignitor of Business Success, CultureStoke
Ever since Marty was 9 years old, he’s had a burning desire to help organizations grow and succeed. After graduating from San Francisco State University with a marketing degree, Marty joined the family-business as a telephone operator, working his way up to become the Director of Vision & Culture. During his 10-year career, he was instrumental in helping the company reach new heights while transforming the organization into a winning workplace that FORTUNE Magazine listed amongst the Top 25 Best Small Companies to Work For in America.
After the sale of the company in 2016, Marty founded CultureStoke, a California-based coach-sultancy dedicated to helping organizations thrive by putting people first. Today, Marty works with small and medium-sized businesses from around the country and helps organizations reach their goals by attracting and retaining top talent, boosting employee engagement, and building world-class company culture.
