Configure MergeComm Email as a full eResponse replacement.
Set up and test unsolicited SMS notifications and alerts.
Automate agent dependent tasks like creating rotating on-call coverage without maintaining an on-call schedule, checking call forwarding, and more.

Bring your MergeComm license and a test email address and leave with live, functioning automations, detailed notes, and the confidence to deploy smarter workflows the moment you get home.

Travel Made Easy

Fly into San Antonio International Airport (SAT), just 20 minutes from the resort. SAT offers nonstop flights to 45 destinations and convenient amenities like dining, shopping, and rental cars.

Transportation to the Resort:

Taxi or rideshare: Allow for 20–25 minutes travel time to the resort.
Rental car: Available at SAT for flexibility during your stay.
Shuttle services: Private and shared options can be booked in advance.
Public transit: VIA Metropolitan buses connect SAT to La Cantera, although travel time is longer (about 90 minutes).

WEATHER AND PACKING TIPS

Expect mild spring weather with warm afternoons and cool mornings. Average highs range from the low to upper 70s °F, and lows are typically in the low to mid-50s °F. Skies are often partly sunny, and there is a small chance of light rain.

What to Pack:

Light sweaters or jackets for cool mornings and evenings.
Comfortable shoes for exploring and the Michael Leibowitz Memorial Walks.
Swimsuits, sunscreen, and sunglasses for sunny days.
Light rain jacket if there is a chance for spring showers.
Portable phone charger and charging cables.
Laptop or tablet for conference sessions.
