Amtelco Service Contract Discount Program

NAEO Member Benefits

The Amtelco Service Contract Discount Program provides NAEO members an opportunity to save 10% on their service contract with Amtelco. For many members, this discount pays for a good portion, if not all, of their NAEO membership dues! This members-only program trains technicians or managers to maintain Amtelco equipment. After completing the course, a passing grade on the Internet-based test qualifies members to begin saving with their next service contract renewal. The value to member companies does not stop at the 10% savings. The process of completing the program ensures technicians or managers are better prepared to handle technical issues in the call center, saving valuable time and resources during a crisis. The service contract discount test is available for download under the Resource Center at www.naeo.org.

NAEO Runs on Committees

JFKNAEO is a volunteer driven organization. Whether it is the NAEO Board or any NAEO Committees each one is manned by volunteers: Your Peers

Below is a list of the NAEO Committees:

Membership Committee: The Membership Committee’s mission is to retain current members and to recruit new members by promoting association benefits. The committee works on an ongoing membership recruitment drive, contacts new and current members about their membership and continuously assesses member needs and benefits to keep the association strong and healthy.

Healthcare User Group (HUG): The primary objective of NAEO’s Healthcare User Group (HUG) is to give healthcare/hospital members a venue to network with others that have the same focus. During a one (1) hour call the first Thursday of each month HUG members discuss how to use their systems more efficiently while discovering hidden/new & exciting features to make it happen.

Professional Development Committee (PDC): PDC’s mission is to provide quality educational experiences for the members. They plan the educational content for the Summer Series, Annual Conference, webinars, and other training experiences by collaborating with NAEO members, NAEO Leaders and Amtelco staff. They also stock the LMS (learning management System) available to all member employees, which improves their skills and proficiency with Amtelco programs. PDC is continually updating the video library of training topics for Supervisors/Leaders, and IS Programmers using Amtelco software.

Conference Committee: The Conference Committee’s mission is to ensure that the annual spring NAEO conference is successful in terms of quality educational offerings and networking opportunities for attendees. The committee reviews past conference surveys to prepare content for the next year and plans social activities that are held during the conference. Committee members are active at the conference helping with finding speakers, session details, coordination of sponsors, as well as welcoming first-time attendees.

Future Directions Committee (FDC): FDC’s purpose is to conduct a continuous dialogue between NAEO and Amtelco to identify, develop, and improve Amtelco products and services that enable NAEO members to provide sophisticated solutions to their clients. Through high level collaboration, FDC ensures that the needs of its members and the efforts of its primary vendor are aligned.

Communications Committee: The NAEO Communications Committee is responsible for the timely delivery of news & current events keeping the membership informed and engaged. This includes Newslinks, the website, and Social Media in addition to liaising with other organizations and promoting NAEO via their publications.

Your NAEO committees are working hard to provide value and benefits to NAEO members. Let them know how they are doing. Suggestions? Things you want from NAEO?
