Our attendees are eager to hear from you!

NAEO is looking to make the 2025 NAEO Annual Conference a more diverse and innovative program - from our general sessions, breakouts, to roundtable discussions. The greatest assets of our annual conference have always been the networking, camaraderie, and sharing of ideas. In addition to local and unbiased industry speakers, NAEO will also be featuring peer-to-peer speakers who offer tangible takeaways, solutions, and lessons learned that attendees could apply to their own organizations. This is a great opportunity to give-back and share your expertise, gain recognition as an industry leader, share your passion, and make a difference among our great association.

How are speakers chosen?

A carefully-selected program committee, made up of industry experts and thought leaders, evaluate the proposals on the following criteria:

  • Subject matter relevance and timeliness
  • Clearly stated learning objectives
  • Urgency and differentiation of topic (we get many similar submissions)
  • Practical application of material and context of issues (inclusion of case studies, examples, stories)
  • Educational, vendor-neutral, no sales pitch content
  • Potential for audience participation

Violations of these guidelines, specifically vendor-neutral and no sales pitches, will impact you and/or your company's ability to speak at future conferences, workshops, and webinars. Additionally, please be advised that we may not be able to accommodate all requests, specifically if we receive a large number of applications on one specific topic or a topic that may not be relevant for this venue.
