Marie McGuire is celebrating her 40th year at AnswerTel.  Starting as a part-time 3rd shift agent and now part-owner and General Manager has given her the experiences needed to think as an agent and supervisor when programming.  Her love of teaching led her to become part of the PDC many years ago, and after serving two terms on the NAEO Board, she used the opportunity to become more involved in that committee once again.  She has been a presenter at Summer Series, HUG Virtual Series and webinars for several years and loves teaching the basics so that others can have a good foundation to build on for their own ideas and client needs.

Ryan is the Programming Manager at AnSer, where he’s worked for 12 years at the intersection of operations, automation, and data. He’s a key partner in AnSer’s AI development work and is known for turning complex workflows into reliable systems, often powered by strong SQL and a math-and-physics mindset.

Joe's tenure with AnSer spans an impressive 21 years, during which he has risen to the role of Lead Programmer.  Since 2010, he has spearheaded innovative solutions, empowering agents and clients alike with long-term strategies that enhance efficiency and effectiveness. When he’s not obsessing about what new feature can be added to AnSer’s message templates he can usually be found enjoying a movie with his wife and cats.

Brosseau, II is the President and second-generation owner of Always On Call, an award-winning 24/7 telephone answering service and emergency dispatch center based in Southwest Florida.  Gerald proudly serves on the NAEO Board of Directors as PDC Co-chair, and has served as NAEO President twice, in addition to being inducted into the NAEO Hall of Fame.
